Magnetic Rod Sleeve
Magnetic rod sleeves are laboratory consumables designed to be fitted over magnetic rods for use in automated or manual magnetic bead-based sample processing. They are used to capture, hold, and transfer magnetic beads during nucleic acid extraction, protein purification, immunoassays, and other magnetic bead-based workflows.
Available in various sizes and compatible with standard magnetic rods and laboratory instruments, magnetic rod sleeves provide a consistent and secure interface between the magnetic rod and the beads. Their durable construction ensures reliable performance during repeated use in high-throughput and routine laboratory applications.
• Compatible with most domestic 32–96 channel instruments, including Tianlong, Yuandian, Heima, Da’an, Aosheng, Shuoshi, Borui, Dian, Jifan, and others
• Compatible with KINFISHER FLEX system
• Autoclavable; retains shape and performance after 121 °C for 20 minutes
• Tested by third parties and certified free of RNA, DNA, and enzyme contamination, as well as pyrogens
• Uniform sidewall thickness and flat, consistent orifice plate for precise and reliable pipetting
• Conforms to ANSI standards, suitable for multi-channel pipettes and automated liquid handling equipment
• Manufactured and packaged in a Class 100,000 cleanroom to ensure stable product quality
• Made of medical-grade polypropylene (PP) with stable chemical properties and excellent resistance to chemical corrosion
